A creative costumier experienced in manipulating a wide variety of media including: textiles, leather, embellishments, feathers and metal. Looking forward to developing my practice incorporating elements of recycle and reuse, where appropriate, in conjunction with new/sustainable materials. Seeking opportunities on screen, on stage or in the wider industries.

The focus of my creative practice expands beyond the dress into the whole image, incorporating props and accessories to create an entire character. Unless following a strict brief, my work is often vibrant and flamboyant making full use of bold embellishments and textures. Researching a brief, exploring different textiles and products, experimenting with creating unique materials, considering sustainability, pattern cutting and fitting and finally producing a complete ensemble; my self-led creative practice is one of experimentation and development resulting in innovative and striking designs. In collaborative work I am dynamic and also supportive when working towards creating a unified outcome.
